Colt 1878 DA Revolver
This is basically a gray gun. It is 32wcf caliber with a scarce 7 1/2: bbl, and a factory letter dating pre 1898. The bore is rough(about fair to good), the mechanics are Vg and it has the common 1878 wobble on the cylinder , meaning after it locks up it falls back a 1/16. They almost all have this and the worn part is tough to get. In any case it still locks up tight and has a very strong action. The grips rate VG as do the markings. $1125 |
